Andrew is responsible for customer success at Arrow ECS ANZ covering sales (both internal and channel-facing), engineering, customer support, vendor management and marketing.
Andrew joined Arrow in 2005 following an extensive career in the engineering plastics industry in positions including production manager, ISR, business development manager and national sales manager. At Arrow he progressed from Channel Account Manager to Business Unit Manager and Sales Director. He has led the success of Arrow’s sales organisation for more than 10 years.
Andrew started his journey with Arrow in 2008 and helped to manage the company’s transition from a fast-growing entrepreneurial business to a corporate entity.
Andrew began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained an insight into businesses across different industries. He then moved to Legal and General where he held a number of financial and operational roles. After nine years, he moved to ORIX where he was finance and administration director for seven years.
Today, Andrew is responsible for the finance and operational functions of the company.
Lisa is responsible for new vendor acquisition, driving Arrow’s IoT strategy in ANZ and for leading a team of Vendor Managers who are tasked with implementing successful vendor strategies to drive growth and business development. She is instrumental in driving new vendor adoption through Arrow’s Technology Expansion Plan and plays a key role in the development of programs and processes to benefit all partners across the IT ecosystem.
Lisa began her career in IT in 1991 and has since progressed into senior marketing roles in IT focusing on business planning and strategy development across the channel.
Lisa’s contribution to the industry has been recognised time and time again. In 2016 she received the Shining Star award at the ARN Women in ICT Awards. In 2018, she received the Marketing Excellence award at the ARN Innovation Awards, and, in the same year, she was named a finalist in the Marketing category at the CEO Magazine Executive of the Year Awards.
John leads Arrow’s account management and business development teams for Australia and New Zealand. He is focused on delivering value to Arrow’s partners through a programmatic approach to account management, unlocking and uncovering opportunities for partners.
John joined Arrow in 2012 and has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry spanning vendors and distributors across business development, account management and distribution management.
Carineh has more than 15 years’ marketing experience spanning a range of industries including IT, property development, real estate and financial services.
At Arrow, Carineh drives the ANZ corporate and vendor channel marketing strategies delivered through digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, lead generation, events, brand management, PR/media relations, marketing communications and channel marketing.
Carineh was a finalist at the ARN Women in ICT Awards in 2014 and 2015 (Shining Star category), and is currently a member of the CompTIA ANZ Channel Community Executive Council.
As someone who has benefited from the mentoring of others, Carineh is keen to give back and provides one-on-one mentoring for her team and others in the wider Arrow ANZ team.
Scott is responsible for Arrow’s pre- and post-sales engineering teams, which includes value-added services such as staging, advance hardware replacement, proof-of-concepts and end user helpdesk. He also leads the channel services go-to-market strategy and execution, covering a wide range of offerings such as brokerage, residency and reverse supply chain and after market.
Scott joined Arrow in 2009 and has more than 28 years’ experience in the IT industry, building on his technical skills with a broader services remit and go-to-market strategy and execution. He is a twice finalist at the ARN IT Industry Awards for Technical Excellence and was highly commended in 2013.
Karolina is a three-time finalist in the ARN Women in ICT Awards for Innovation category and was also an ARN Emerging Leaders finalist in 2017. She joined Arrow in 2011 and is responsible for Arrow’s Internal Sales and Renewals & Licencing teams.
Karolina is a passionate advocate for delivering the highest possible level of customer service to Arrow’s partners and vendors.
Joe leads Arrow’s sales operations, warehouse and logistics and purchasing teams. Working closely with our sales organisation, IT team and our vendors, he aims to create efficiencies and deliver the ultimate customer experience for our partners. He joined Arrow three years ago with experience in telecoms and recruitment.
Daniela is a consummate HR professional who has worked across the world, mostly in the FMCG industry, and has a track record of success in managing organisation development and implementing strategic projects. She joined Arrow a year ago to lead Arrow’s recruitment, talent development and people and culture initiatives.
Daniela is passionate about creating an environment where people can develop and thrive.
Nick joined Arrow in 2016 with close to 30 years’ experience in the IT industry across a range of industries. He is focused on driving operational excellence and innovation with the goal of transforming the business through people, processes and technology.
